| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, December 9, 2004 Richard (Dick) E. Carlson, 76, of Prescott, Ariz., passed away December 5, 2004. Celebration of Dick's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 2110 Willow Creek Rd., Prescott. Donations may be made in Dick's memory to Hospice Family Care, 100 E. Sheldon, Suite 100, Prescott, Ariz. Private cremation Bradshaw Crematory, Prescott Valley, Ariz. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. |
