| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Wednesday, September 24, 2008 Elfreida Fren Proctor, 70, of Cottonwood, Ariz. died Sept. 16, 2008, at the Cottonwood Infinia Health Care Facility. She was born in Ganado, Ariz. on Sept.1, 1939. Elfreida is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Proctor Jr. She leaves behind her son, Monte Proctor; her daughter, Chrystal Proctor; and her sister, Rebina Polivema - all of Cottonwood. Elfreida is also survived by 11 grandchildren. A Funeral Service was Sept. 23 at Westcott Funeral Home. Interment will be at Williams City Cemetery, Williams, Ariz.
