Linda Alice (Granger) Morgan

Linda Alice Morgan died Wednesday morning, July 13, 2005 at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott, Arizona. She was born on February 22, 1942 in Los Angeles, California, daughter of Roy and Alice Granger.

Linda retired as a manager in the Health Care Field in Phoenix, Arizona.

She married Richard Morgan on January 1, 1983 and the two of them moved to Prescott Valley in 1988. Linda and Richard loved to square dance when they first met but a few years after they had been married, Linda was diagnosed with having MS.

Linda is survived by her husband, Richard Morgan of Prescott Valley; children, Tammy Heffner of Prescott Valley, Terri Carpenter of Peoria, and Tina Griffin of Prescott; her brother, Wallie and his wife Barbara Granger of Yucca Valley, California; grandchildren, Steven, Linda, Devin, Dylan and Caelin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel, corner of Navajo and Valley in Prescott Valley followed by a graveside internment at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona located east on Pinnacle Peak off of Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Linda's name be sent to the Multiple Sclerosis Chapter, 315 South 48th Street, Suite 101, Tempe , Ariz., 85281.

The Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements.
