Kathleen Blair, age 70 of Prescott, Ariz., died Friday October 1, 2004, at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott. Kathleen was born January 25, 1934 in Tucson, Arizona to Hulon John and Harriet (Miller) McMinn.

Kathleen was a native of Tucson and attended Tucson High School. She was an avid Diamondbacks fan, a great gardener and loved animals.

Kathleen is survived by her children; David and his wife Mary Flynn of Tucson, Teri and her husband Curt Kothera of Vienna, Ohio, Mark Blair of Prescott, Jamie and his wife Tina Blair of Matthews, North Carolina, Debbie and her husband Glenn Gray of Monroe, North Carolina, Dan and his wife Robin Blair of Newton Falls, Ohio; a brother Richard McMinn of Globe, Arizona; sister Sarita and her husband Bill Levengood of Benson, Arizona and sister Eva and her husband Joe Lively of Skull Valley, Arizona; twelve grandchildren and three great grand daughters.

Memorial Services were held on Wednesday, October 6, 2004 at 100 p.m. at the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel, 240 S. Cortez Street, Prescott, Ariz.

If desired, memorial donations celebrating Kathleen's life can be sent to Hospice Family Care, Inc., 100 E. Sheldon Street, Prescott, Arizona, 86301.

The Hampton Funeral Home of Prescott was entrusted with the arrangements.
