Donald A. Hazen, 78, of Chino Valley, Arizona, passed away on January 25, 2007. Don was born in Buckeye, Ariz., the 23rd of December, 1928 to Lloyd D. and Ivy (Neimeyer) Hazen.

He attended school in Palo Verde, Ariz. and graduated from Buckeye Union High School.

He served his country in the Korean Conflict in the 1st Calvalry Division and also served in the Air National Guard. He was a lifetime member of the Operators' Union.

He was married to Dorothy Reid. They made their home in Buckeye and Chino Valley.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and one brother, James.

He is survived by his brother, Ted (Liz) Hazen of Buckeye, Ariz. and sisters: Sarah (Dewey) Bryce of Pima, Ariz. and Edith (Tony) Stephens of Tahlequah, Okla. He was preceeded in death by his wife, parents, and 1 brother, James.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m. March 3rd at the Church of Latter-Day Saints, 441 W. Perkinsville Rd. Chino Valley, Ariz.
