Alyce M. Walker, 72 of Chino Valley, Arizona, passed away August 29, 2007. She was born in Onawa, Iowa on January 26, 1935 to James and Cecyle (Ankerstjerne) Murfield.

She moved to Arizona 33 years ago from California.

She and husband, Kendall Walker, owned and operated Loren Construction.

Upon retiring in 2000, they left Carefree, Ariz. to reside in Chino Valley near their daughter, Catherine Molitor and husband Larry.

In addition to her husband and daughter, she is survived by sisters Ann Harvey of Irvine, Calif., Marilyn Everest of Tucson, Ariz.; 3 grandchildren Christina Millar, Amanda Marinaro, James Marinaro and 4 great-grandchildren.

Please, no flowers. The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society.

There will be no services, just a private family gathering.
