| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, July 20, 2006 Laura (Lori) Lee Miller, age 41, died July 17, 2006, in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Lori was the wife of Tom B. Miller and the mother of Cody A. Miller, Amanda N. Miller, as well as Dallas S. West's stepmother, and Kaiden Lee is her grandson-to-be. Lori is survived by her father, Robert Witte, and her stepmother, Judy Witte; her sisters, Kim (Michael) Brate and Marilou (Douglas) Bierman; her brothers, Michael Witte and Jay (Andrea) Witte; her in-laws, Tom and Carol Miller; and six nieces and five nephews. Lori is preceded in death by her mother, Judy A. Witte. Memorial services in honor of Lori will be held Friday, July 21,2006, at 3 p.m. at St. Germame Catholic Church in Prescott Valley.
