| Beverly J. Toolis, July 30th, 1925 to January 24th, 2004. Beverly, or "Babsie" went home to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, On Saturday. She left peacefully, with her sister and children lovingly By her side. Beverly leaves behind one sister, Patricia Burgess, (and family), Her daughters: Bobbie Burgess (& husband Charles); Connie M. Geers, Jennie Toolis, Donna Toolis, her son, John D. Toolis II ( & his wife Roxanne). Her Grandchildren: Charles Burgess Jr., Leeann Tims (and husband, Brian), Janell Burgess, Jonathan Johnston, Jill Ferguson, Kelly Toolis, Kerry Toolis, John D. Toolis III (and his wife, Sharron), were the joys of her life. She is very proud of the fine adults, they all have become. Bev's Great Grandchildren: Jared Tims, Julia Tims. Jillian Tims, and John Henry Toolis, have all been great sources of laughter and love. Beyond Babsie's immediate family, there are many who chose to call her "Mom". Her door, and her arms were always open. We look forward to the day, we will be reunited with her, in Christ. A viewing was held on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004, at Rose Hills Memorial Park & Mortuary; at 3888 Workman Mill Rd., in Whittier, California. A graveside service was held on the same day. Instead of flowers, the family is asking, that donations be made to Hospice Of the Valley (in Phoenix, Arizona) or to any worthy Christian Ministry.
