| Kellis, William James William James Kellis, 32, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Lori Anne Kellis; daughters: Malaia K. and Makalia B. Kellis; his parents, 10 siblings and many loved ones. Services were at Queen Creek LDS Church, 20415 E. Chandler Heights Rd., Queen Creek, AZ. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements.
