| Kirkham, Thomas (Tom) Thomas (Tom) Kirkham, 90, of Mesa, AZ passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 in Mesa. Tom was born on May 18, 1913 in Handley Staffordshire England to Thomas KIRKHAM and Annie BRAITHWAITE. When he was about 10 years old, his family came to the United States and lived in Safford, Arizona. Tom attended Safford Grade School, Safford High School and Gila College. He worked in a gas station for Carl Williams at the Safford Pharmacy and also Sears. Tom later moved to Phoenix where he met and married Marjorie Jean KNIGHT. They have one daughter, Barbara Jean CLOUTIER. Tom is survived by his daughter, Barbara, son-in-law, Jeff; three granddaughters Cherie Daniel (Bart), Michele Hershey (Dan) and Tricia Sundell (Fran); 1 grandson, Scott Cloutier and his fiance Mandy; 1 great-granddaughter, Natalie Daniel; 1 great-grandson Reid Hershey; and 1 sister, Dora K. Miller, who he was staying with at the time of his passing. His parents; 1 sister, Millicent Winsor; and 2 brothers, Norman and Kenneth, preceded Tom in death. Funeral Services were held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 48th Street Chapel, 1249 S. 48th St., Mesa, AZ. Bunker's Garden Chapel handled the arrangements.
