| Kurtz, Eula Mae Eula Mae Kurtz, born May 5, 1925 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, passed away Friday, January 7, 2005 after a brief illness. Eula is survived by her son, Thomas (Sharon) Denning; and her daughter, Betty (Gerald) Gullick. Five grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren also survive her. Funeral Services were held at the East Mesa Baptist Church, 752 S. Ellsworth in Mesa. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be sent to Hospice of Arizona, 2222 W. Northern Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85021.
