YEO, Rev. George Edmund
Rev. George Edmund Yeo, 97, of Phoenix passed away July 3, 2004. He was born in Concord, New Hampshire on August 29, 1906 and settled in Arizona in 1956. He pastored the New River Assembly of God Church for many years and ministered amongst the American Natives as a Missionary. He was popular for his great skills in art, decorating and construction. Dad and his parade horse Safari received many trophies in parade events on local TV and national TV.

Rev. Yeo was the husband of his late wife Dorothea Yeo. He is survived by 9 children, 41 grandchildren, 83 great grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation was held at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ. Funeral Services were also held at the funeral home. Published in the Arizona Republic on 7/7/2004.
