| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, December 20, 2008 Walter Holder, 81, of Prescott, Ariz., born April 30, 1927, passed away Dec. 19, 2008, at the VA Medical Center in Prescott. Burial of cremains will be at a later date at Greenwood Memorial Park.
