Lance Joseph Adams, 15, passed away on Monday, April 11, 2005. He leaves a legacy of being a hard worker, showing kindness to all, loving God, family and friends, respecting others and choosing the right. Lance was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Lance excelled at playing the piano, guitar and in sports, which included basketball, baseball, wrestling and swimming. Lance was a sophmore honor student at Mountain View High School and lettered the past two years on the Varsity Swimming Team. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting - an excellent marksman. Lance will be remembered, among other things for his example and his great smile.

Lance is survived by his parents Kent and Kristin, sisters, Alexandra and Erika, grandmother Suzanne Gherkins, grandparents Dean and Janet Adams, great grandmother Trilba Gherkins, and many cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends who will miss him greatly. Funeral Services at the LDS Mountain View Stake Center located at 1550 N. Val Vista Drive, Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lance Adams Memorial Fund at any Bank of America branch (account number 004680281481). Arrangements by Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N.
