In 1973 she moved to Tucson, Ariz., where she worked in the I Magnin department store as a sales clerk and floor manager. She subsequently moved to Wickenburg, Ariz., and worked in Western Dry Goods where she was known for miles around for her customer service.

On Aug. 22, 1984 she married Norval Sterling Dare and moved to reside on a desert ranch near Aguila, Ariz., until her recent death. During her last few years Mr. Dare cared for her with unlimited kindness and patience, for which he is to be praised.
