Bob is survived by his wife Lois of Torrington, Wyo.; son Brad (Patti) Waggoner of Nashville, Tenn.; daughter Brenda (Gene) Garrelts of Omaha, Neb.; sister Chloe (Duane) Haefele of Douglas, Wyo.; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son Scott Waggoner and sister Dorothy Grapes. Services were held on Saturday, Dec. 13 in Torrington, Wyo.
