Sandoval, Joe G., 88, born December 15, 1920, passed away January 2, 2009. Joe, loving father & grandfather passed away peacefully surrounded by family.

He is reunited in death with his loving wife, Rita O. Sandoval.

Our beloved father, a man of few words, practical, wise, and gentle in nature, taught us love of family & friends & he endeavored to provide a loving home for all his family.

An electrician with the IBEW local union 640. His career began in March 1944 & he retired in January 1985 to care for our dear & loving mother.

He is survived by daughters Margaret, Joann & DeeDee, and his sons Eddie & Joey, as well as 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and all his loving family in Hayden, AZ.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 6th at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary located at 710 W. Bethany Home Rd. in Phoenix from 5-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm.

Funeral Mass will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church located at 909 E. Washington in Phoenix on Wednesday, January 7th at 11am followed by interment at St. Francis Cemetery.

Our loving father & grandfather had a heart of gold & set the standard for all others to follow. We will miss you dearly.
