The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ January 1, 1997 Patience K. Patterson of Wickenburg, died Dec. 28 in the Extended Care Unit of Wickenburg Regional Hospital. She was 80. Mrs. Patterson was born Feb. 20, 1916 in Rifle, Colo. She had lived in Arizona for the past 24 years. Survivors include her husband, Clyde Patterson of Wickenburg; son Erick Jones of New Mexico and Norman Jones of California; five brothers; four sister; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She had lived in Arizona for the past 24 years. Mrs. Patterson worked for the Coxwell brothers as a bookkeeper for the Rancho Grande Motel and Gold Nugget Restaurant and various other entities for 10 years. She was past president of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 12 of Wickenburg. Survivors include her husband Clyde Patterson of Wickenburg; sons Erick Jones of New Mexico and Norman Jones of California; five brothers; four sister; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service was held Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Ed. Wessling officiating. Brown's Wickenburg Funeral Home and Frey Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wickenburg handled all the arrangements. |
