| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, January 13, 2002 Phyllis Ohlwiler, 75, of Cottonwood Arizona, died Jan. 10, 2002. Visitation from 5-6pm on Sun. 1/13 at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., Cottonwood. Another visitation will be held Mon. 1/14 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from 10:30-11 am, followed by the funeral service at 11am, 1377 E.
