Rhoda M. (Dillon) Frazier

Rhoda M. Frazier, age 68, died May 8, 2004, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born July 11, 1935, in Beloit, Kan., to Lawrence and Marie (Kelly) Dillon.

Rhoda worked as a beautician in Lawrence, Kan. Rhoda and her husband, Stan, came to Arizona in 1954. Rhoda and Stan were co-owners of the Apothecary Shop Pharmacy and Frazier Medical Supply Companies in Prescott.

She was very active in the Order of the Eastern Star Golden Rule #1 and the Daughters of the Nile. Rhoda was also a member of the Sew and So for 30 years, a 4-H cooking instructor and volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Rhoda and Stan shared 45 years together before his death in February of 2001.

She was a loving mother and compassionate friend.

Rhoda was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Wayne Frazier.

Rhoda is survived by her daughters, Lesa Shealor of Eureka, Calif, and Laurie Garner of Fort Collins, Colo.; her son, Phil Frazier of Tucson; her brother, Chester Dillon of Overland Park, Kan.; one granddaughter and two grandsons.

Memorial services in honor of Rhoda, will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2004, at the United Methodist Church, in Prescott, at 7 p.m., with Pastor Carol Mumford officiating.

The family suggests memorial contributions in Rhoda's name be made to the Margaret T. Morris Center or the March of Dimes.

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
