| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, December 21, 2007 Michael Keith Sims, 34, of Coolidge passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007. He was born in Camp Zama, Japan, son of Marion Haywood Sims and Barbara (Carey) Hoy. Recently he had moved to Coolidge after living in Colorado. He is loved and will be missed by his parents and stepfather, John Hoy; daughters Caitlyn (Andi Sims) and Courtney (Tammy McMachen); his brothers and sisters, Carey (Rick Trujillo) Sims-Trujillo, Victoria Hoy, Christopher Sims, Kristie Sims, Stephanie Hertsch, Jarrett Hoy and Anastacia Hoy. Keith, as his family knew him, was employed as an electrician by the Felix Construction Company, based in Mesa. Michael Keith excelled in whatever he chose and lived life to the fullest. He was an avid rock climber. He was proud of his daughters and loved his family. Keith will be remembered as a prankster. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at the Christian Church of Casa Grande. Information provided by survivors. |
