Jelovac, 80, of Prescott, Ariz., born March 10, 1928, in Canada, passed away Jan. 22, 2009, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center. No services planned at Thomas' request. Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the final arrangements. ---------------------------------- Thomas R. Jelovac, age 80 of Prescott, Arizona passed away on January 22, 2009 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center with family present. He was born March 10, 1928 in Canada. Thomas is survived by his wife, Thelma; two children: Louie and Debbie; and two step-children: Linda and Sandy. At Thomas' request, there will be no services held for him.
