Anthony F. (Tony C.) Cucinotta

Anthony F. "Tony" C." Cucinotta, age 61, died Friday Feb. 18, 2005, in Dewey, Ariz. He was born Oct. 21, 1943, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Jim and Gloria (Luciano) Cucinotta.

Anthony held a degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Francis in Brooklyn, N.Y., and he worked as a Sergeant for the New York City Police Department.

He was an usher at Saint Germaine Catholic Church and Sunday Marshall at Quailwood Queens Golf Course.

Anthony loved to golf at all the local golf courses. His children will
remember him as a loving father with a big heart.

Tony and his wife, Marian, shared 21 years of marriage together.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Marian; daughters, Tina and Regina; and one granddaughter, Kayla.

A gathering of family and friends will be held in honor of Tony on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at 6 p.m. with a Rosary at 5:30 p.m., at Sunrise Funeral Home Chapel, 8167 East Highway 69 in Prescott Valley.

A Commemoration Service in honor of "Tony C." will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, at Saint Germaine Catholic Church in Prescott Valley, with Father John Shetler officiating.

The family of Tony suggests memorials be made to YRMC Hospice, P.O. Box 26565, Prescott Valley, Ariz., 86312-6565.

The family was cared for by Sunrise Funeral Home and Crematory of Prescott Valley, Ariz.
