Alice Stephens Weiland, 87, of Bordentown Township, died Wednesday at home.

Born in Arizona, Mrs. Weiland was an elementary-school teacher in the Prescott school system there for 35 years before retiring in 1971. She moved to Bordentown Township in 1987.

Survivors: her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Charlene Stephens of Bordentown Township; two grandsons, Hal Stephens of Toms River and Jeff Stephens of Washington Township, and four great-grandchildren.

Services: memorial, 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, First United Methodist Church, 187 Stockton St., Hightstown; burial, private in Arizona. Huber Funeral Home, Bordentown City.

Memorial donations: Hope Hose Humane First Aid Squad, 150 W. Burlington St., Bordentown, N.J. 08505.
