| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, January 13, 2008 Keith James (Lightnin') Fraley, 54, born Feb. 28, 1953, passed away Oct. 20, 2007, at Hospice Family Care in Peoria, Ariz. He attended Hoover High School, class of 1971, in Fresno, Calif. He was Fire Captain for Carmel Highlands Fire Department in Carmel, Calif. For the last five years, he lived in Prescott and most recently lived in Yarnell. Keith is survived by his three children, Noah Fraley of Phoenix, Ariz., Sara Perez of Garden Grove, Calif., and Nick Bense of Jenkintown, Pa.; mother and step-father Louise and Gennis Fraley of Fresno, Calif; and sisters Penny Williams of Valley Center, Calif., and Laura Hayes of Park City, Utah. A memorial service will take place March 1, 2008, in Monterey, Calif. All State Crematory of Mesa, Ariz., took care of the cremation. Allen Funeral Home West was entrusted with the arrangements.
