The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, January 9, 2008 Eve Wynant, born in 1914 in Berlin, Germany, passed away at home in Prescott, Ariz., on Jan. 7, 2008. After she reluctantly retired, Eve moved to Prescott from Los Angeles to be closer to extended family. She enjoyed worldwide travel, was a voracious reader, and loved going to symphonies and the theater. She was very involved with temple B'rith Shalom, the Yavapai College Learning Institute and Scandia Lodge, was honored several times for her dedication to helping others, and continued learning over her lifetime. Eve lovingly leaves behind her granddaughter Kimberley Casey-McComack; great-granddaughters Jesica Stewart-Bamber and Samantha Casey; and great-great-grandson Coletyn Allison. She will also be greatly missed by former son-in-law Don Stewart and his wife Debbie and many friends in Prescott and Los Angeles. Her husband Fred Wynant and daughter Marcie Stewart-Blieden preceded her in death. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, at Temple B'rith Shalom, immediately followed by interment. A Memorial Service will occur at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 at the Temple. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Temple B'rith Shalom, Yavapai College Lifelong Learning Institute, People Who Care or the Prescett Fine Arts Association.
