Lois LeAnn (Hubbard) Peck

Born Lois LeAnn Hubbard July 25, 1915, to Jennie C. and Charles L. Hubbard in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away Jan. 5, 2008.

Lois married Dana R. (Tommy) Peck on Aug. 17, 1936. They moved to Southern California in the mid 1940s.

During her early years of marriage, Lois worked in the grocery and banking industry and she and Tommy owned their own produce business in Los Angeles for a few years. Most of Lois' married years were spent being a housewife and business partner to her beloved Tommy.

Though they had no children of their own, they looked upon their nieces and nephews as their own.

Lois moved to Chino Valley, Ariz., in 1998. Lois' parents; husband of 56 years. Tommy; sister Frances A. Davy; and brothers, Melvin C., John
G., Leonard C., Keith F. and Kenneth L. Hubbard preceded her in death.

She is survived by nieces, Susan Davy and Sandra Mucha (Bob) of Arizona, Chris Davy, Mary Anne Quintana (Ruben) and Renee Blackburn of California, Katherine Dodds of Illinois. Jennie (Eric) Miller of Florida, Becky Lassen of Idaho, Bonnie and Margo Hubbard of Utah; and nephews, Richard Davy of Hawaii, Charles Davy of California, Kenneth (Caroline), John (Kathy), Jimmy (Kathy) Hubbard of Idaho, Tommy (Diane) Hubbard of Utah and Charles Hubbard of Nevada. Over 50 great and 35 great-great-nieces and nephews also survive Lois.

Funeral services and internment will be noon Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, at Westminster Memorial Park and Mortuary in Westminster, Calif.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at 11 a.m.

Heritage Memory Mortuary in Prescott, Ariz. assisted the family with arrangements.
