| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, April 5, 2006 Ryan Dennis Johnson, 33, departed this world on March 29, 2006 at his home in San Antonio, Texas from as yet unknown causes. Ryan graduated from Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood, Ariz., in 1990 and was a former resident of Sedona, Mayer, and Phoenix. He was a respected chef at the L'Auberge de Sedona Resort in Sedona and was a well-respected chef in San Antonio at the time of his death. Ryan is survived by his daughter, Neysa of the Philippines; longtime partner Ivy Gauthier, of San Antonio, Texas; his mother Barbara Johnson of Prescott; his father David Johnson of Otis Orchards, Wash.; his brother Larry Johnson of Easton, Md.; his grandfather, Robert Johnson of Queen Creek; two uncles, an aunt, five cousins, two nieces, four nephews, and one great niece. Memorial Services for family and all friends will take place at Cathedral Rock in Sedona on Thursday, April 6 at 1:00 p.m. The Hampton Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements.
