Janet Lynn (Alfeld) Jaramillo of Phoenix, Ariz., died Saturday, July 22, 1995, in Prescott, Ariz. She was born August 6, 1969 in Milwaukee, Wis., daughter of Diane (Dickmeyer) Alfeld of Phoenix, Ariz. and Stanley Alfeld of Simsbury, and had lived in Farmington and Simsbury prior to moving to Arizona.

Janet attended elementary school in Unionville, Simsbury High School, was a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School in Phoenix, and also attended the University of Northern Arizona at Flagstaff.

Besides her parents, she is survived by twin sons, Zachariah and Taylor, and a daughter Sydney, all in Arizona; two brothers, Chad in Chicago, Ill., and Michael in Simsbury; a sister, Margaret, also of Simsbury; and her step mother, Marilyn Alfeld.

Memorial funeral service will be Friday, July 28, 11 a.m., in St. Mary's Church, 940 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury. Private burial will be in Simsbury Cemetery. Friends may call at Vincent Funeral Home, 880 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury, Friday 9-10:30 a.m., prior to the service.

Memorial donations may be made to The Newington Children's Hospital Foundation for the New Connecticut Children's Medical Center, 181 E. Cedar St., Newington, Conn., 06111.
