Doris Emily Davis, 87, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2007. She was born September 5, 1920, as an identical twin, to Earl S. Osincup and Marie L. (Shannon) Osincup in Hornell, New York.

Doris attended school in New York. Also in her youth, Doris worked at a United States Naval Depot in Scotia, New York during World War II. Later, she worked as a waitress.

Doris loved to have fun; she enjoyed being with her family-she particularly liked going square dancing with her twin, Dorothy. She was also a Baseball Fan.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, one brother, and her twin. She leaves behind another brother, Henry “Bucky” Montgomery of New York; Raymond Young of Cottonwood; Cathy McCoy of Cottonwood; and Linda Daley of Lake Havasu, Ariz.
