| Barbara A. Ellison Born in Decatur, Illinois on Dec. 24, 1930. Departed on Jul. 30, 2003 and resided in Clarkdale, Ariz. Barbara A. Ellison, 72, a Clarkdale, Ariz. resident since 1987 passed away July 30, 2003 with her family at her side. Born in Illinois, she was formerly a Supervisor for Illinois Bell Telephone and a member of Barn Colony Artists in Illinois. She was also a member of the Methodist Church. She and her husband enjoyed sailing their boats the Fantasea and the Barbara Anne in Florida for 22 years. They also enjoyed boating on Lake Powell. She loved to travel and enjoyed Arizona and the West in particular. She leaves behind her husband of 52 years, David; a son David of Clarkdale, Arizona; daughter Joan McKenzie of Chehalis, Washington and four grandchildren: Steven, Nicole, Hayley and Daniel. We are deeply thankful to the Northern Arizona Hospice for all their kind help. Barbara will be greatly missed by her family and will be in our hearts always. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6 in the Westcott Funeral Home from 4-6 p.m. A graveside service will b held on Thursday, August 7 in the Sedona Community Cemetery, Rt. 179 at 10:30 a.m. |
