Born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 13, 1936.
Departed on Feb. 13, 2007 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz.

Richard Lambard, 70, resident of Cottonwood, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 13, 2007. He was born April 21, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio to Walter and Mary (Slota) Bobkivich.

Richard served his country as Yeoman Third Class, USCGR-R, with the United States Coast Guard. He also attended the Ohio University.

Richard worked for the Social Security Administration in Baltimore, Maryland as a Disability Examiner. After his retirement, Richard and his wife, Joan, moved to Cottonwood, where they have made their final home.

Richard loved to travel, and he enjoyed music and attending various concerts. Richard was also a very talented Gourmet Cook.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his son-in-law, Gray Ford. Richard leaves behind his loving wife of 47 years, Joan Lambard of Cottonwood, Ariz.; his sons, David Lambard with his wife, Joan of Baltimore, Maryland, and Gregory Lambard with his wife, Carol of Yardley, Pennsylvania; his daughter, Alison Ford of Fallston, Maryland; and three grandchildren.
