Mariam (Toni) Petrovitz Born in Macomb, Illinois on Jul. 27, 1927. Departed on Aug. 6, 2008 and resided in Verde Village, Cottonwood, Ariz. Mariam (Toni) Petrovitz, 81, resident of Cottonwood's Verde Village, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2008. She was born July 27, 1927. Toni was active in the Verde Village Clubhouse over the years. She also volunteered at the Good Buy Shoppe and called bingo at the VFW. Toni is survived by her husband, George (Pete) Petrovitz of Cottonwood; her daughter, Claire Willson of Bedias, Texas; her step-daughter, Katen Sanderby of Chicago, Illinois; and her step-son, Patrick Nolan of Columbia, South Carolina; as well as, two granddaugters, and one great-granddaughter. In honor of Toni, a graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at 11:00am at the Cottonwood Cemetery, Cottonwood, Ariz. Donations in her memory can be sent to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S.
