Shirley Ann Kepner, born July 6, 1940, in Phoenix, went home to be with her Lord on April 1, 2006, after a lengthly battle with liver cancer.

After spending most of her life and raising her family of three sons in Phoenix, she and her husband moved to Prescott in 1989 where she worked for Greseth Construction Co. as Office Manager.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and son, Randy.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, James and their two sons, Walter (Shawne) of Phoenix and Scott (Kathy) Prescott, six grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Danny, Rebecca, William and Shayna, one great-grandchild, Clarissa, brother, Bill Gran of Heath, Mass.

Although Shirley loved flowers, she requested any donations be made to either YRMC Hospice, 3262 N. Windsong Drive, Prescott Valley, Ariz., or your favorite charity.

Services will be held Saturday, April 8, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. at the Prescott Resort in the Granite Mountain Room and a luncheon will follow.

Heritage Memory Mortuary assisted the family with the arrangements.
