Born in Phoenix, Arizona on Dec. 5, 1978.
Departed on Sep. 30, 2006 and resided in Mesa, Ariz.

Casey Weylin White, 27, went home to the Lord in September of 2006. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona. Casey was a long time resident of Cottonwood, Arizona and a graduate of Mingus Union High School. He then returned to Phoenix to pursue his studies at ASU, and achieve his desired career.

Casey was the beloved son of Michelle “Shelly” and John Collier of Cottonwood, Arizona. He is also survived by his brother David J. “Buck” White with his wife Trina; his grandparents, Marybess Moncavage, Harold E. and Carol White; Aunt, Karen Pickett; his uncle Kelly and aunt Claudia Clark; his cousins, Cassandra and Skyler Clark; as well as, many loving friends. Casey is deeply loved, he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Casey is preceded in death by his father, Harold E. (Butch) White.

A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., in Cottonwood, Arizona on Friday, October 6, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. There will be no graveside services.

The family has established a Memorial Fund in Casey’s Honor. At some later date, the contributions received will be used for a good cause and to honor his name. For those wishing to participate, please send donations to: National Bank of Arizona, 1 E. Hwy 89A, Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326.
