Phillip Loy Reeves, 64, of Camp Verde, Ariz., died Jan. 29. He was born Sept. 7, 1944 in Prescott, Ariz., the son of Hiram Franklin Reeves and Julia Huggins Reeves.

Mr. Reeves started working at Safeway after High School, then went on to become manager of the Fry's Store on Gurley Street in Prescott and finished his career with Frito Lay distributor, Pee Wee's Distributors.

He is remembered as a loving husband, a dedicated, involved father, adoring grandfather and faithful friend. He enjoyed life to the fullest as long as it was in the woods, on the golf course, in the gym or with his family.

He leaves his wife of 37 years, Sharon Reeves; a son, Phillip Joe (Mary) Reeves of Dewey; daughters, Kim (Wayne) Johnson of Conyers, Georgia, Kellie (Scott) Petit of Peoria, Lori Reeves and Susan (Kevin) Holm, all of Camp Verde; sisters, Frankie Jo McPherson of Kingman, Ariz., and Fran McNeal of Reno, Nevada; eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 7 at the Parkside Community Church, 401 camp Lincoln Rd., Camp Verde, Ariz., at 11 a.m.
