| The Deseret News, The Salt Lake City, Utah Friday, June 14, 1996 Marie Joyce Lundeen returned to our Heavenly Father on June 12, 1996. Marie was born in Huron, South Dakota on June 6, 1924 to Floyd and Martha Fetherhuff. Marie moved to the Prescott area one year ago to live with her daughter and family. Marie married Melborne Elroy "Bud" Lundeen on December 29, 1947. She had three children, David Scott II of Texas, Diane Marie (Mrs. Thomas Van Tassel) of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; and Joyce Lynn "Lolly" (Mrs. Mark Masterson) of Prescott, Ariz. Her children gave her nine wonderful grandchildren. Marie also had her companion, "Mitty Kitty." Marie loved her many church callings and her volunteer work but most of all her children were her life. Marie was proud of her many achievements and awards while working for the State of Utah, Division of Aging and Adult Services. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Bud in 1954, her father in 1977 and her mother in 1995. Services will be held in Prescott, Arizona on June 15, 1996, at the LDS Willow Creek Ward, 1101 Sandretto Dr. Friends and family may call one hour prior. Burial, Huron, South Dakota Arrangements, Sunrise Funeral Home, Prescott, Arizona. |
