Graveside services for Kevin Lee Scott, 38, will be at noon today at Riverside National Cemetery, staging area four. Wiefels & Son Mortuary in Banning is handling arrangements. He died Feb. 19 in Prescott, Ariz. The family declined to state the cause of death.

Mr. Scott, who was born in Santa Ana, Calif., lived in Arizona for five years after living in Hemet, Calif. for 15 years.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1975 until 1989. He was a cook and baker for seven years. He enjoyed fishing and barbecuing.

He is survived by two sons, Mitchell and Nicholas, both of Anchorage, Alaska; mother, Marilyn Riding of Banning, Calif.; a sister, Karene Annetta Harris of Hemet, Calif.; two brothers, Kirk E. and Kerry D., both of Hemet; and grandmother, Violet of Hemet.

The family suggests contributions to Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 1895 Weston Road, Perris, 92370.
