| Consuelo Orozco Soto Born in Durango, Mexico on Aug. 17, 1934. Departed on May 17, 2008 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz. Consuelo Orozco, 74, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2008. She was born in Durango, Mexico on August 17, 1934 to Roman Orozco and Juliana (Amador) Orozco. Consuelo found her greatest joys as a housewife and mother. She also enjoyed gardening- including flowers, plants, vegetables and fruits. A Visitation will take place at Westcott Funeral Home on Wednesday evening, May 21, 2008 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow Thursday morning, May 22, 2008 at 12:00 noon at the Cottonwood Assembly of God Church; where Consuelo was a member. Following the services she will be laid to rest in the Azteca Lodge of the Cottonwood Cemetery, Cottonwood, Ariz. Consuelo was the mother of Romana Soto, husband, Santiago of Cottonwood, Ariz.; the grandmother of 10, and the great-grandmother of 2.
