| David Rowland Leland Born in Ravenna, Ohio on Oct. 30, 1939. Departed on May 12, 2008 and resided in Cornville, Ariz. David Rowland Leland, 68, resident of Cornville, Ariz., passed away on Monday May 12, 2008 in Phoenix, Ariz. He was the son of Howard and Beatrice (Hunt) Leland, born October 3, 1939 in Ravenna, Ohio. David was a U.S. Air Force Veteran; a Gunsmith and life long member of the NRA. David loved to go hunting. David leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Arline Leland of Cornville; two sons, John Leland and Jimmy Leland-both of Ohio; his daughter, Jean Schumer also of Ohio; his mother, Beatrice Leland of Ohio; and his sister, Katherine. A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in David's name to: National Rifle Association of America, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, Va., 22030.
