Frank Monroe Brumley

Frank Monroe Brumley, 79, passed away Monday, Jan. 19, 2009, at Life Care of Tucson.

He was born March 2, 1929 and raised in the town of Perryville, Arizona. He worked as a ranch hand for several years and then moved to the Winkelman area where he was employed by Kennecott Copper Corporation. He worked in the mine for 23 years before his retirement in 1982.

He loved fishing, hunting, camping and gardening and enjoyed reading westerns.

Mr. Brumley was preceded in death by his son, Larry Brumley; granddaughter, Faith Brumley; parents, Henry and Frances Brumley; and sister, Betty Globingear.

He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Edna Faye Brumley; sisters, Josephine Shed of Winkelman, Beedie Randall of Phoenix and Willie Mae Peabody of Bakersfield, California; brother, Henry Brumley of Payson; sons, James and Marvin Brumley; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. Brumley was cremated and will be laid to rest with his son, Larry. No services will be held.
