| Evelyn M. Smith Born in Galesburg, Illinois on Jan. 6, 1924. Departed on Sept. 29, 2003 and resided in Camp Verde, Ariz. Evelyn Maxine Smith, 79, of Camp Verde died September 29. She was born January 6, 1924 in Galesburg, Illinois. She leaves two sons, Carl D. Kennett III and Hildred L. Kennett; nine grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. There are no public services planned. Donations in her memory may be made to the Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 S. Candy Lane, Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326.
