Jeanne (Stegmeier) Gallagher

Posted 2013-02-05 by Pat Wilson
Jeanne Gallagher, much loved mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away unexpectedly on 4/9/04.

Jeanne was generous with her time and her love. She was a fighter when it came to health issues as she was a breast cancer survivor and faced diversity with a positive attitude. She always lived her life to the fullest. She graduated from ASU where she started her successful sales
career to her current position, which she loved with Creative Food Services.

Her life revolved around her family, especially her two girls, Tanya and Tiffany. No matter what the activity, Jeanne was the first to offer her help and to become involved in their very busy teenage lives.

Jeanne was also unique as she has an identical sister, June Fusselman. Jeanne and June were born at St. Mary's hospital in Tucson, AZ and have never been apart and have celebrated all major life events together. As identical twins, they experienced the same thoughts, feelings, and attitudes and of course their great love for one another as said, the relationship was unique and wondrous.

And the last recognition is extended to her spouse, the love of her life, Bill Gallagher. Both continued to love and respect each other and provide the care and love needed for their girls, Tanya and Tiffany. In addition to numerous nephews and nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles, Jeanne's family also consists of five sisters, Karen (Terry) Sparbel,
Lynda (Tom) Gorman, Terry Tate, Monica (Ron) Lawson, June (Bruce) Fusselman, one brother, John Marc (Jill) Stegmeier and incredible parents, John and Marie Stegmeier.

Jeanne's tragic death has greatly impacted our family. She was our touchstone for balance, patience and forgiveness. We wish her farewell, beloved Jeanne, as our lives have been enriched with knowing and loving you.

A memorial service was held Thursday, April 15, 2004, at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road.
