Robert (Bob) Drew

Robert "Bob" Drew, 75, was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on July 5, 1933, passed away on Feb. 5, 2009 in his home surrounded by members of his loving family.

Bob served his community with great generosity in terms of his financial support, passion, his time and always with great compassion for the less privileged. The Phippen Museum, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Art Docent Program at Abia Judd School, Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Yavapai College Foundation, numerous choral groups, King in a series of madrigal dinner performances for Yavapai College, Wells Fargo Bank and other groups benefited from Bob's talents and generosity. Many needy individuals and at risk animals were given a helping hand by Bob. He loved fine wines, epicurean creations, travel, meeting people, friends, but most of all, his wife Jamie and his family.

He was a role model and friend to many, a leader, a beloved father, father-in-law, grandfather, godfather and husband.

He will be remembered for his kindness, humor, dedication to worthy causes and his love for his family. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Bob is survived by a huge adoring family and a host of fine friends.
