Charles V. Earl Born in Boyne City, Michigan on Aug. 24, 1921. Departed on May 28, 2008 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz. Charles V. Earl, 86, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2008. He was born in Boyne City, Michigan on August 24, 1921. Charles received his Masters Degree from the Arizona State University; following which he dedicated his life to teaching in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Charles was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Phoenix, Arizona. His favorite pass-times were fishing and golfing. He leaves behind his daughter, Kathryn A. Haynes; his son, Charles Douglas Earl; his brother, Ray Earl; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Memorial donations can be sent to the American Heart Association, 710 2nd Ave., Suite 900, Seattle, Washington 98104. Charles will be laid to rest at the Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Glendale. A Memorial Service will be held at the Trinity Methodist Church in Phoenix on Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at 11:00am.
