GOIST, Kenneth C., Jr.
Kenneth C. Goist, Jr., PhD, died unexpectedly on March 6, 2005. Ken, born May 6, 1953 in Youngstown Ohio, is survived by his 2 sons, Zach and Mitchell in Spokane, WA, parents Kenneth, Sr. and Jean, sister Carol Kershner and cousin Gail Phelps in Casa Grande. Ken earned his Bachelors degree from Adrian College, Adrian, MI and his Master's and PhD. in Psychology from Tulane University.

Ken's first love and passion was for Boy Scouts. Ken, an Eagle Scout, served as Camp Director in Ohio. He attended the 1969 & 1973 Jamborees. As an adult, Ken served as an Assistant Scoutmaster and Troop Secretary for Troop 644 in Scottsdale. The Troop expresses its deepest sympathies to family and friends and its gratitude and heart felt thanks for Ken's unbridled service to Scouting. He will be greatly missed.

No services are planned. Donations are being accepted by BSA's "Friends of Scouting".
