Frank Rudolph Zunick

Frank R. Zunick, of Scottsdale and Prescott. Born on June 7, 1932, passed away on November 14, 2006 after a hard fought battle with cancer.

Frank lived and loved life to its fullest. Among his many pleasures and passions were; Golf, hosting Space Shuttle crew members as a part of the Fiesta Bowl, Astronomy, Geology, Emma's cannelloni, Young's Farm fresh corn, and practical jokes.

Frank especially enjoyed his time in the Prescott area over the last several years developing Prescott Highlands, reconnecting with old friends, making new friends and being in close proximity to the ranch that his parents homesteaded.

Frank's sense of humor, kind ways, blue eyes and warm smile will be missed by all. The family would especially like to thank the caring staff at the Hospice of the Valley's Sherman House.

Frank, a native of Prescott is survived by Emma, his loving wife of 30 years. Frank is also survived by his 3 children; John (Mary Jo), Teri, and Anne Koehler (Bob).

Brother Mike, sisters Anne, Fran, and Katherine. Grandchildren Nicole, Monica, Michael, Andy, Amy, Emily, and Elliot.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Frances and siblings Mary, Joe, Barbara, and Margie.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday November 21, at 10:00 a.m. at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 East Lincoln Drive, Scottsdale.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Valley.
