Wendell I. (Bud) McIntyre

Wendell I. (Bud) McIntyre passed away suddenly on Feb. 6, 2009. He was born in Rolette, N.D. in May 31, 1928.

He is survived by his loving wife Patricia of 41 years; dear daughter Patricia (Allen) McCracken; granddaughters Erin Lenzen and Dawn (Matthew) Stecker; and brother Dennis.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the military police. His tour of duty was in Japan during 1946-48 and recalled in 1950-51 to serve in the Korean War. He was part owner of Engineware Distributing Co., in Chicago and had worked for the company for 45 years.

Rosary will be said at 10:15 a.m. followed by Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Germain's Catholic Church, 7797 E. Dana Drive, Prescott Valley on Friday, Feb. 20, 2009. A luncheon provided by the Ladies Guild will follow.

Interment at Heritage Memorial in Dewey, Ariz. will be at 2:30 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your favorite charity.

Sunrise Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
