Born in Jerome, Arizona on Sept. 9, 1937.
Departed on Jan. 13, 2008 and resided in Tucson, Ariz.

Jean (Tuzi) Alexander, 70, Resident of Tucson, passed away on January 13, 2008. She was the daughter of Bill and Jean Vierthaler; born on September 9, 1937 in Jerome, Arizona.

During her youth she attended the Cornville Elementary School, now known as Oak Creek School; and graduated from the Bisbee High School.

Tuzi was a member of the Rio Verde Roverettes, the Lady Elks, and the Lady Auxially of the Moose. She was also an avid crafter.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and she is survived by her sons, Lloyd Beckberger of Anchorage Alaska; and Perky Alexander with his wife, Linda of Lake Montezuma; her daughter, Viki Alexander of Tucson; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Westcott Funeral Home on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 11:00am.
