| Joseph E. Clarkson Born in Fall River, Massachusetts on Jan. 2, 1935. Departed on May 13, 2008 and resided in Cottonwood, Ariz. Joseph E. Clarkson, age 73, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. He was the son of James A. and Victoria H. (Campion) Clarkson; born in Fall River, Massachusetts on January 2, 1935. Joseph attended Diamond Vocational and became a Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanic and Entrepreneur. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran who served his country during the Korean Conflict as Airman First Class. Joseph leaves behind his beloved wife of 51 years, Marilyn Clarkson of Cottonwood; his son, Michael Clarkson of San Francisco, California; three daughters, Nancy DeNoyer with her husband, Kevin of Scottsdale, Kathleen Jensen with her husband, Christopher of Cottonwood, and Elizabeth Clarkson with her partner, John Delaney of Vancouver, Washington; his brother, James Clarkson with his wife, Loretta of Middletown, Rhode Island; and one granddaughter, Michelle DeNoyer. Joseph's sister, Dorothy Hanley precedes him in death. A Memorial Mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 10:00am.
